This boat comes with a RESIDENTIAL MOORING in a friendly marina. After meeting the present owners and getting aquainted with the boat it was a pleasure to spend some time pottering about the spaceous interior. She has been kept in fair condition, clean and in order. The engine works fine and although the boat hasn't been recently used for inland cruising she could suit that purpose or would be an ideal live aboard.
