Broker's Comments
When you step on board she feels bigger than her 22 feet. Clean and tidy she has been in the same ownership for the last 14 years but the time has now come for the owner to hang up his lifejacket so she is for sale (and includes the lifejacket). Not difficult to handle and very reasonable on running costs. Bit of polishing and painting would have her up to speed in no time and a marina mooring is available for transfer subject to approval by the operator and a small premium may be chargeable for the transfer.
Get on the water comfortably for not a lot of money.
