Broker's Comments
This is a boat with a British Steel hull which sets it apart from the normal build quality. The washing machine on deck is awaiting removal !Extended by Colecraft 1993. New floor fitted and all you need for liveaboard or travelling the canal system with a nice lister ST3.
The city centre mooring in Bath may be transferable to the new owner subject to permission from the marina operators. A lovely floating home in Bath at this price is hard to come by. These boat details are subject to contract.
