Broker's Comments
Avery nice and clean, well maintaines example of this popular little craft. new upholstery and good service history for the lightly used engine.
Great for rivers and canals as well as the coast.
Importantly the boat is on a city centre mooring, fees paid until April 2012. It is anticipated that the harbour authority would agree to transfer the benefit of this mooring to a purchaser.
