Broker's Comments
This has been in present ownership since 1990. The original factory fit out was basic so the owner decided to start again from the hull onwards. It has to be said progress has not been fast since then but the standard of work done is very high. She comes with a very large quantity of parts and can be finished without too much efffort to make a satisfying and economic little cruiser. She needs to be seen to be properly appreciated.
